In cancelation within 15 days before the arrival date the hotels keeps the 20% over the total deposit or the cost of one night. Cancelations with 15days after arrival the hotel will keep 80% over the total deposit. In cancelations 48 hours before the arrival, no show or anticipate the hotel will keep the 100% over the deposit.
